Visit to DRDO Lab
For the benefit of faculty of Deptt of Applied Sciences, a visit to Solid State Physics Laboratory (SSPL), DRDO, Delhi, was arranged on June 10, 2019. SSPL is a top laboratory of the country working on materials and devices for strategic applications. The faculty was briefed by Director, SSPL about the activities of SSPL and a film on DRDO and SSPL was shown. The faculty had a very fruitful interactive session with DRDO scientists working on a variety of advanced semiconductor materials and devices. They were shown the facilities for fabrication and characterisation of materials and devices.
